Complex Design Support
Structures that cannot be cast in one piece are built as sections, laser welded and hand assembled. Difficult geometry is an engineering problem to solve, not a reason to say no.
Complex StructuresGold & Platinum · Diamond Setting · OEM
For jewelry brands, designers, retailers and studios: we turn your designs into finished jewelry — everyday gold and diamond-set styles as well as complex structures, from one-off samples to small batch production.

Why Choose Us
Four reasons to put your production on a bench instead of a catalogue.
Structures that cannot be cast in one piece are built as sections, laser welded and hand assembled. Difficult geometry is an engineering problem to solve, not a reason to say no.
Complex StructuresDrawings, CAD files and samples stay inside the project. Brand identity, product plans and market information are treated as confidential. An NDA can be signed before you send anything.
NDA On RequestOne-off prototypes, small launch batches and repeat runs, all held to the approved sample. Run size follows your project, not a fixed MOQ template.
One-off To Repeat RunsSenior craftsmen on the bench for filing, setting and hand finishing — with CAD, 3D printing and laser welding supporting the hand work.
Senior CraftsmenManufacturing Capabilities
Six production services, from everyday gold and diamond-set work to complex structures. Every one starts with a manufacturing review of your design, not a catalogue lookup.
Gold, platinum and gemstone jewelry made to your drawings or reference set — from a single piece to a planned range.

Six development stages. Each one exists to catch a problem while it is still cheap to fix.
Your sketch, 2D drawing or reference set is reviewed for what can actually be built.
Geometry modelled with real metal thickness, stone seats and assembly tolerances.
A printed wax or resin prototype for proportion, fit and stone layout.
Sectional fabrication where needed, laser welding, then hand assembly.
Filing, sanding, polishing and stone setting completed by hand.
Measured against the approved sample, then packed for shipment.
Manufacturing Cases
Every entry below is a real production record, written in the same three frames — the design challenge, the manufacturing route we took, and the finished result. Project type and client profile are listed with it, so you can see whether the work is close to yours. No rendered images, and no numbers that are not ours.
No published cases yet. Case records appear here as soon as the first verified project is entered.
Manufacturing Process
Seven visible stages. You always know which one your project is in.
Send drawings, CAD or reference images. We flag what is manufacturable and where the structure needs to change.
Metal, alloy and stone plan agreed in writing before anything is cut.
CAD modelling then 3D printed wax or resin sample, so the design is proved in hand before metal is committed.
Sample made, measured and approved by you. This is the reference point for the production run.
Sectional fabrication where necessary, laser welded, then hand assembly and stone setting on the bench.
Dimensional check, stone seating check, finish inspection before anything leaves the workshop.
Packed and dispatched to your address, export documentation provided.
Production Evidence
Real production evidence from our manufacturing process: photographs taken at each working stage, not renders and not stock imagery. Where a stage sits with a partner workshop, we say so.

In-house 3D modelling turns your sketch into a manufacturable geometry with real dimensions.

Wax and resin prototypes printed for fit, proportion and stone layout before metal work starts.

Hand-carved or printed wax — the last moment to change a curve cheaply.

Parts too complex for one piece are built separately, then joined.

Two 200W laser welders assemble sections that cannot be joined any other way.

Diamond and gemstone setting by hand, with the seat matched to each stone's geometry.

Filing, sanding and polishing by hand — the stage machines leave behind.

Measurements, stone seating and surface condition checked against the approved sample.
Photographs replace these placeholders stage by stage as each one is taken on a live project. Until then the tile says so — we would rather leave a gap than pass off a render as our workshop.
Who We Work With
Each route below has its own review path, because the design risks are not the same.
Private label production with your finishes, your packaging and your quality standard.

Concept To ProductFlexible custom production for the pieces your own bench cannot fabricate in-house.
Flexible Custom ProductionOur Manufacturing Workshop
JewelCraftWorks is a jewelry workshop built on experienced craftsmanship, supported by modern manufacturing tools. Our bench is run by senior craftsmen working in precious metal and gemstone setting, with CAD and 3D printing in house to support production development on your orders. We support jewelry partners in Southeast Asia through long-term manufacturing cooperation.
Complex pieces are built as sections and laser welded together. When specialized processes are required, we work with trusted local partners while keeping quality control in our hands — and we tell you which part of your piece was made where.

Quality Control
We define the acceptance standard with you before production starts, so "accepted" means the same thing to both of us.
Materials and stones are checked against the agreed specifications before production begins.
Structure, fit and stone seating are reviewed while the piece is being made, not only at the end.
Dimensions compared with the approved sample, finish reviewed, and photos sent to you before dispatch.
Certifications and inspection reports are listed only when the relevant documents are in hand. Ask us for the actual report for your project.
Design Confidentiality
We work as your manufacturing partner behind the scenes. Your brand identity, customer relationships and market information remain confidential.
An NDA can be signed before any file, drawing or sample changes hands. CAD files, drawings, samples and unreleased collections stay with the assigned team.
Your brand identity, product plans and packaging are never presented as our own work, and pieces we make for you do not enter our portfolio.
We stay behind your brand. Your customer relationships and market information remain yours, and CAD files, wax masters and fixtures belonging to your design are not reused for other clients.

Send a sketch, a CAD file or a reference image — a complete tech pack is not required to start. We review manufacturability first and come back with a manufacturing opinion, not just a price.
